Funny & cute pics

Here are some funny & cute pictures we have taken.

Words

Isabella has picked up tons of new words. Her favorite words are:
  • Baum - German (tree)
  • Auto - German (car)
  • vase - English
  • mehr - German (more)
  • Moo/muh - English/German

Climbing

Last week Isabella started climbing the deck steps on her own. Sh is still using her hand but does not need help. Now she tackles even the front brick steps. A few days ago she started also climbing on the sofa, rocking chair and the bed in the guest room which is not as high as our bed. We got to watch out, since she is experiencing now all the things she can climb.

I love mud!

Isabella loves water! Unbelievable, when we went last fall to Florida, she was scared of the ocean and the water, but now she loves it and it does not matter how cold the water is. She puts her hand directly under the water coming out of the garden hose. Last week we watered the garden. The beds with the tomato plants have ditches where we put the hose to moisten the soil. Isabella immediately went for the mud and ... just look for your self!

Isabella on the run

I am sorry for not writing so long. I have been taking tons of pictures but not really had the time to go through them and post them. The last few weeks Isabella has been running around like crazy. Walking forwards, backwards, sidewards, up hill, down hill, on gravel, in the woods, and the latest is the silly walk! A few days ago I did the silly walk from Monty Pythons at home and Isabella picked it up right away and copied it.

Since the weather is so nice we spent every day some time outside in the garden. The strawberries are red and Isabella enjoys eating them. Every time we are in the garden she goes to the raised bed and wants some berries.
