I love my Daddy!

Isabella definitely loves her Daddy! Luckily she can spend every Thursday with Daddy and on the week-end Daddy & Isabella spend a good amount of time together. Of course we try to be together all three of us on the week-end.

See how much she loves her Daddy!

Isabella and her duckie

Isabella loves her duckie. She plays and snuggles with it all the time. It was a gift from Grandma. Thank you, Grandma! Enjoy the pictures. They were taken between September 11 and 20, 2006.

First time rolling over

Today Isabella rolled over for the first time. The bad thing is, I missed it! She was laying on the floor on her back and I was creating a movie with the camera, because she was babbling so cute. At the same time she was trying to roll on her belly. When I finished recording I watched the movie on the camera and when I looked up, she was suddenly on her belly. I can't believe I missed it!

After that I tried several times to get her to do it again, but no success.

Since the weather was really beautiful today, I took her outside to try again. I cheated a little, because we were on a hill and she had some help rolling down. I got her to do a roll from front to back and back to front several times!

Are you ready for some football?

Today was the first Football Sunday for the first season. Our favorite team, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, did not play as well as we hoped. Hopefully, it was just the first game and they snap out of it.

Anyway, we are getting Isabella ready practicing to hold the ball and enjoy with us the fun of football.

I found my feet

On Thursday, the first day I went back to work my little Isabella found her feet for the first time. Since then she has been grabbing them and she has been bouncing like a superball. I am a little sad that I missed this, but I am happy that Gary was able to have a little first time experience with Isabella.

We actually do not hear her anymore crying when she wakes up. The only noise coming out of her room is a thump sound, because she is hitting her legs so hard on the bed. We think this is a good sign and a good step for her development. Happy Baby!

Isabella loves peas

Two days ago we continued with the solid food introduction and allergy testing. Next vegetable in line were peas. Or shall I say Beechnut calls it "tendersweet peas". Anyway, Isabella loves the peas. I was nervous when trying to give them to her the first time. But she ate them quickly! On Sunday we will try Butternut Squash. Let's see how that will go.

A new toy - the baby bungee bouncer

Gary's co-worker told us that he bought for his twin babies the baby bungee bouncer. So we researched and found one which is safe. Yesterday and today we put Isabella in it. It took her a while to figure it out but now she really seems to enjoy it. It is a great way to practice to put carefully weight on the feet and to learn to walk.

Enjoy the pictures.

Isabella wears H&M or I love Snoopy

My favorite clothes store is H&M. Unfortunately the local H&M store has only women's clothes and does not carry baby or kids clothes. Too bad, because they have the coolest stuff at reasonable prices. So, my sister picked up some stuff in Germany and sent it to me. They have also a bunch of stuff with Snoopy, which I love. Today Isabella and I had a little fashion show. Look at her how cute she is!
